Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer with strong experience in Kubernetes containerization CI/CD pipelines cloud platforms and infrastructure automation. The candidate will be responsible for designing deploying managing and optimizing scalable and secure containerized environments while ensuring high availability and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design implement and manage Kubernetes clusters for development testing and production environments.
- Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build test and deployment processes.
- Monitor cluster health application performance and infrastructure availability.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Configure and manage logging monitoring and alerting tools.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure deployment networking and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with development QA and security teams to streamline release processes.
- Ensure platform security compliance backup and disaster recovery processes are in place.
- Optimize resource utilization scalability and system reliability.
- Support production releases and provide operational support when required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in DevOps engineering or cloud infrastructure management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and orchestration.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab CI Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or GCP.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform Helm or Ansible.
- Experience with Linux system administration and shell scripting.
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus Grafana ELK or Splunk.
- Understanding of networking load balancing ingress controllers and security best practices.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Preferred Qualifications
- Kubernetes certifications such as CKA CKAD or CKS.
- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of service mesh technologies like Istio.
- Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security automation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field.
Good to Have
- Experience with multi-cluster Kubernetes management.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD FluxCD or other GitOps tools.
- Experience in production support and incident management.
