Iron Mountain is seeking an innovative and analytical Data & AI Engineer to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics this role you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end data pipelines operationalizing data governance standards and developing multi-agent workflows and autonomous artificial intelligence solutions.

You will join a forward-thinking team of data professionals and engineers dedicated to driving digital transformation and building scalable artificial intelligence-powered automation capabilities across the organization.

In this role you will:

• Responsibility 1: Support the design development and maintenance of automated Extract Transform Load (ETL) and Extract Load Transform (ELT) pipelines building curated datasets and operational dashboards to provide actionable business insights.
• Responsibility 2: Collaborate with senior team members engineering groups and cross-functional business stakeholders to document metadata map data source structures and integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise workflows.
• Responsibility 3: Ensure compliance with organizational data quality metadata and lineage standards while assisting in the deployment of artificial intelligence agents that monitor and enforce governance policies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis data engineering or artificial intelligence automation workflows.
• Strong knowledge of data profiling automated data quality assessments and foundational data modeling practices.
• Proven ability in writing and testing prompts agent instructions and orchestration logic using modern artificial intelligence services and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Data Science Information Technology or a related quantitative field.
