Junior Accountant

Responsibilities:

• Manage pricing and billing activities including RTI unbilled domestic invoice processing.

• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions including petty cash management and reconciliations.

• Oversee stock and inventory management for the centralized warehouse.

• Coordinate vendor management activities including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) service follow-ups and contract compliance.

• Process vendor invoices follow up with vendors and submit invoices through Esker.

• Support vendor qualification performance reviews and quarterly vendor assessments.

• Provide payroll-related information and support payroll processing for branch operations.

• Prepare and maintain weekly petty cash reports.

• Manage administrative activities including office supplies procurement housekeeping coordination office bills and rental administration.

• Organize and coordinate employee engagement initiatives HR activities and festive celebrations.

• Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of vendor and administrative matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field.

• Professional accounting certifications (CPA ACCA CMA etc.) may be advantageous but are usually not mandatory for entry-level roles. as SAP is beneficial. .

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on financial matters. accuracy.

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective written and verbal communication.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
