Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Jr. Vendor Management Executive to support vendor coordination and partnership management activities.
The candidate will be responsible for maintaining healthy relationships with vendors tracking submissions coordinating requirements and ensuring timely delivery of profiles as per client expectations.
This role requires strong communication skills coordination abilities and basic understanding of staffing/recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with recruitment vendors and staffing partners on daily requirements.
Share job requirements with vendors and ensure timely profile submissions.
Maintain vendor database and track vendor performance metrics.
Follow up with vendors regarding interviews feedback and onboarding updates.
Ensure compliance with company hiring standards and documentation process.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with external vendors.
Track submission reports closures and pipeline status.
Work closely with internal recruitment and account management teams.
Negotiate basic commercial terms and maintain vendor agreements if required.
Ensure proper communication and escalation management with vendors.
