Key Responsibilities:

As a member of our Recruitment team youre going to have a wide-ranging group of responsibilities and goals. On a day-to-day basis this means:

• Support prospecting and headhunting efforts. Not just finding the right candidates but nurturing relationships early and building long-term pipelines
• Source candidates from diverse channels and screen resumes and applications with a strong quality bar
• Take hands-on ownership of role coordination that goes beyond scheduling (much of which is automated) to stay closely involved in progress blockers and outcomes for each role
• Conduct interviews and coordinate multiple rounds of assessments
• Partner closely with hiring managers to align on role expectations feedback and hiring timelines
• Communicate clearly with management and team members to provide regular status updates
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed in a fast-moving startup environment

Qualifications:

• 6 months of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong attention to detail with relentless follow-up
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bonus points if you have experience in a start-up environment and/or in-house recruitment

Details:

• Job Location: Work From Home / Remote
• Working Hours:2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST Monday to Friday
• Compensation: $400 or $550 base (adjusted based on experience) $40 night shift allowance monthly
