The Field Engineer creates added value through the provision oftechnical assistance to New Installations Modernizations Repairs andService operations. This position acts provides consulting on technicalissues where very qualified technical opinion or troubleshooting isneeded.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide technical support by phone to assigned branch when they have difficulties tosolve complex technical issues.
Provide support on site when the escalated issues cannot be solved remotely.
Provide support on site to help in the commissioning and start-up of complex projectsor equipment.
Support the field in the installation commissioning and start-up of pre-series and/orseries from new products in introduction phase.
Provide Technical support to the sales force and service leaders when bidding for acomplex New Installations / Modernizations job or a complex service contract whichdemands more than the usual know how in the sales force if and when required.
Expertise:
Desired experience in Schindler Products for at least five years.
Knowledge and Skills:
Desired Schindler elevator and escalator productsknowledge IT skills English skills. Customeroriented behavior.

BE (Mechanical/Electrical)
