Jewelry Quality Control Specialist 100 remote & Jaipur, India Freelance

For my client Moon Magic Jewelry Im looking for an experienced Jewelry Quality Control Specialist based in Jaipur to join the team on a long-term basis.

Moon Magic is an established direct-to-consumer jewelry brand specializing in natural gemstone jewelry.

Were looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in jewelry manufacturing and quality control who can ensure that every piece meets our quality standards before reaching our customers.

• Inspect finished jewelry for workmanship stone setting polishing plating finishing and overall appearance
• Check gemstones diamonds metals measurements and product specifications against defined quality standards
• Conduct quality inspections directly at our manufacturing partners in Jaipur
• Identify defects and work closely with manufacturers on corrective and preventive actions
• Provide clear feedback to suppliers and ensure recurring quality issues are resolved
• Help continuously improve our QC standards inspection processes and documentation

• Several years of hands-on experience in jewelry Quality Control / Quality Assurance
• Based in Jaipur India
• Strong knowledge of jewelry manufacturing gemstones diamonds metals plating stone setting polishing and finishing
• Experience working directly with jewelry manufacturers and suppliers in Jaipur
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong understanding of premium jewelry quality standards
• Ability to independently identify quality issues and drive solutions with manufacturers
• Good English communication skills

Nice to have

• Gemology or jewelry manufacturing qualification
• Experience with international jewelry brands
• Strong network and knowledge of the Jaipur jewelry manufacturing industry
• Experience developing QC procedures and supplier quality standards
