• Product Knowledge:

• pricing certifications and current market trends.

• Customer Experience:

• Deliver a premium shopping experience by providing professional courteous and attentive

• service throughout the customer journey.

• Client Relationship Management (CRM):

• Build strong relationships with customers maintain customer records follow up on inquiries

• Store Presentation & Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure jewellery displays showcases and counters are clean organized and maintained

• according to brand visual merchandising standards.

• Billing & Sales Documentation:
