Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Design develop and maintain Javabased microservices for enterprise applications.
- Architect and implement realtime event streaming solutions using Apache Kafka.
- Collaborate with product owners architects and crossfunctional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and drive technical decisionmaking.
- Ensure system reliability scalability and performance in distributed environments.
- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide longterm solutions.
Essential Skills
- Strong expertise in Java 8 Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Handson experience with Apache Kafka (producers consumers partitions schema registry stream processing).
- Proficiency in RESTful APIs JSON/XML integration and service orchestration.
- Solid understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL MongoDB PostgreSQL).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines Docker Kubernetes and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP).
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage endtoend delivery.
Desirable Skills
- Exposure to Apache Flink or Spark for advanced stream processing.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK).
- Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and messaging systems.
- Strong communication stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience.
