Senior Software Engineer (m/f/d)

What Youll Do

• Own End-to-End Delivery: Code design execute and take full responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects and products.
• Shape the R&D Roadmap: Partner with business stakeholders to define project deliverables and manage the roadmap of R&D initiatives.
• Bridge Client Needs: Collaborate with Technical Relationship Managers and Architects to translate client-initiated R&D requests into robust solutions.
• Drive Issue Resolution: Act as the go-to point of contact for managing and driving production defects through to resolution.
• Streamline Critical Processes: Tailor processes to manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to swift effective closure.

What You Bring

• Engineering bachelors degree (BE/ or equivalent) in Computer Science
• 5 years of hands-on software development experience
• Strong working knowledge of Java 8 ORM and Spring Boot with experience in a testing framework such as JUnit or Cypress
• Practical experience with at least one relational database (MySQL Oracle or PostgreSQL)
• Proven experience designing scalable microservices solutions
• Solid understanding of REST APIs strong debugging skills and experience with log frameworks such as ELK
• Working knowledge of CSS HTML and JavaScript with responsive design coding skills; experience with Angular is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD and Docker/Kubernetes and knowledge of a message queue such as RabbitMQ or Kafka is a plus
• Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise-grade software end-to-end including providing technical guidance to others
• Strong background in continuous integration practices with excellent analytical reasoning and communication skills
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and the ability to advocate for and influence multiple stakeholders
• Attention to detail and quality with the ability to work well in and across teams
