Java Developer (Fresher)

We are looking for a Java Developer (Fresher / 01 Year Experience) with a strong foundation in Core Java OOP Spring Boot REST APIs and SQL. The candidate will assist in developing testing debugging and maintaining Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.

• 01 year of experience in Java development including internships academic projects or personal projects.
  
• Good understanding of Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
  
• Familiarity with Java 8 features such as Lambda Expressions Stream API Functional Interfaces and Optional.
  
• Basic to good understanding of Spring Boot and dependency injection.
  
• Understanding of RESTful API development HTTP methods status codes JSON and API integration.
  
• Basic knowledge of Hibernate/JPA and ORM concepts.
  
• Good understanding of SQL and relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  
• Familiarity with Git and version control.
  
• Basic knowledge of Maven or Gradle.
  
• Basic understanding of Microservices architecture is preferred.
  
• Exposure to Apache Kafka or event-driven architecture is a plus.
  
• Basic familiarity with or frontend technologies is an advantage.
  
• Exposure to Docker AWS/Azure/GCP CI/CD or Apache Groovy is a plus.
  
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
  

• Develop test and maintain Java-based applications under the guidance of senior developers.
  
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
  
• Implement backend features following established coding standards and best practices.
  
• Work with Hibernate/JPA to perform database operations and manage application data.
  
• Write and optimize SQL queries for MySQL/PostgreSQL databases.
  
• Integrate third-party APIs and services as required.
  
• Participate in debugging troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
  
• Write clean maintainable and reusable code.
  
• Perform unit testing and assist in fixing defects identified during testing.
  
• Use Git for source-code management and participate in collaborative development.
  
• Collaborate with front-end developers QA engineers and other team members.
  
• Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback from senior developers.
  
• Gain exposure to Microservices Kafka Docker and cloud technologies.
  
• Assist in application deployment and support activities where required.
  
• Continuously learn and improve knowledge of Java Spring Boot and related technologies.
