Java Backend Developer (Only for Women)

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer with strong expertise in Java and modern cloud-based architectures to design build and scale high-performance backend systems supporting genomics and healthcare data platforms.
This role will involve building robust APIs scalable data pipelines and cloud-native services that power large-scale scientifi c and healthcare applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs to support platform integrations and data services.
Develop and manage data pipelines and ETL workfl ows to process large-scale biological and clinical datasets.
Work with MySQL Elasticsearch and data warehouse systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
Implement cloud-native applications on AWS ensuring high availability and scalability.
Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing integration and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including bioinformatics scientists data engineers and product teams.
Ensure code quality performance optimization and system reliability across services.

Qualifications :

5 years of experience in backend development.
Strong programming experience in Java and Spring Boot.
Experience working with MySQL or other relational databases.
Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics.
Experience designing ETL pipelines and data warehouse solutions.
Strong exposure to AWS cloud services and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
