*Job Summary*

We are looking for a knowledgeable and passionate *Project Management Trainer* to deliver high-quality training programs for students professionals and corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in project management methodologies planning execution monitoring and project management tools along with excellent communication and presentation skills.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Deliver instructor-led classroom online and corporate training sessions on Project Management.
* Design and update training materials presentations assignments and hands-on practical exercises.
* Train learners on:

* Project Management Fundamentals
* Project Life Cycle
* Project Planning and Scheduling
* Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
* Scope Time Cost and Quality Management
* Risk Management
* Resource Management
* Stakeholder Management
* Agile & Scrum Methodologies
* Waterfall Project Management
* Project Monitoring and Control
* Project Documentation and Reporting
* Microsoft Project Jira Trello Asana or similar project management tools
* Conduct practical sessions case studies simulations and real-time project scenarios.
* Assess learners through quizzes assignments presentations and mock interviews.
* Provide mentoring and career guidance to trainees.
* Stay updated with the latest project management methodologies industry trends and certification standards.
* Coordinate with the training team to improve course content and learner experience.

*Educational Qualification*

* Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Engineering Information Technology Management or a related field.
* Masters Degree (MBA or equivalent) is an added advantage.
* PMP CAPM PRINCE2 or Scrum Master Certification is preferred.

*Experience*

* 2-5 years of experience in Project Management and/or Training.
* Prior experience as a technical or professional trainer is preferred.
* Experience in corporate training will be an added advantage.
* Hands-on experience managing software IT or business projects is desirable.

*Preferred Qualifications*

* Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
* Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
* PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner Certification.
* Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
* Experience with:

* Microsoft Project
* Jira
* Azure DevOps
* Trello
* Asana
*
* Confluence
* Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or Kanban is an added advantage.

*Compensation:* Trainers are eligible for an average compensation of 2.5 Lakhs per student subject to organizational policies and applicable terms & conditions.
