Job Summary

Job Title- IT Sales Manager

Location- Delhi/ Mumbai

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable information technology sales associateto promote and sell our IT this role your duties will include familiarizingyourself with the technical specifications of our products assessing clients' IT needs anddemonstrating our IT solutions to potential clients.

To ensure success as an information technology sales associate you should exhibit extensivesales experience in an IT solutions environment as well as in-depth knowledge of IT industrytrends. Information technology sales associates ensure that their IT sales expertise translatesto increased sales revenue.

Roles& Responsibilities:

1. Client Needs Assessment:

Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to comprehend their specific ITrequirements.

Analyze existing systems processes and challenges to identify opportunities forimprovement.

2. Solution Development:

Collaborate with the technical/HR team to design customized solutions that alignwith client needs.

Propose a comprehensive and feasible plan to address identified challenges andenhance overall efficiency.

3. Proposal Creation:

Create detailed and persuasive proposals outlining the proposed IT solutions. Clearly articulate the benefits costs and implementation timelines of the proposed

solutions.

4. Presentation and Communication:

Deliver engaging presentations to clients effectively conveying the proposedsolutions.

Address client questions and concerns ensuring a clear understanding of theproposed IT strategy.

5. Technical Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest IT trends technologies and industry best practices. Provide expert advice to clients on how emerging technologies can benefit their

business.

6. Negotiation and Relationship Building:

Negotiate terms pricing and contractual agreements to achieve a mutuallybeneficial arrangement.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients fostering trust and confidence inthe proposed solutions.

7. Closing Deals: Work towards securing signed agreements by actively following up with clients. Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to finalize contract terms and

conditions.

8. Post-sales Support:

Transition smoothly to the implementation phase by facilitating communicationbetween clients and the project delivery team.

Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sales concerns maintaining a positivelong-term relationship.

9. Market Intelligence:

Gather and analyse information about competitors and market trends to positionthe company's offerings effectively.

A successful pre-sales leader combines technical acumen with excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills to navigate the complexities of understanding client needs and closingdeals effectively.

Requirements:

A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing or a similar qualification.

3-5 years’ experience in an IT sales environment.

Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.

Ability to explain and demonstrate IT product specifications and functionalities.

Advanced proficiency in IT industry terminology and jargon.

Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.

Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals contracts and service agreements.

In-depth knowledge of IT Managed Services and IT Infrastructure.
