About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Attend discovery calls and understand client requirements.
• Prepare project estimates in coordination with developers and SEO specialists.
• Define project scope timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate client onboarding contracts and invoices.
• Act as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
• Coordinate with developers designers SEO and content teams.
• Assign work based on team bandwidth and priorities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Handle change requests and manage client expectations.
• Identify risks early and proactively resolve project issues.
• Look for opportunities to recommend additional services when they genuinely benefit the client.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure a great delivery experience.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in an IT company.
• Experience managing multiple web development projects.
• WordPress project experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and client management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with international clients.
• Comfortable attending early morning or late-night client calls when required.
• Experience with project management tools like ClickUp Jira Trello Asana or similar is preferred.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus but not mandatory.
