IT Pre-Sales Engineer

Job Overview:

Looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Pre-Sales Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to support our business growth by designing client-centric IT solutions preparing proposals and collaborating closely with sales and technical teams. This role is critical in bridging customer requirements with the right technology solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support sales teams in pre-sales and solution design activities
• Understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions
• Prepare techno-commercial proposals BOQs and solution documentation
• Deliver product demonstrations presentations and solution discussions
• Coordinate with OEMs vendors and internal engineering teams
• Validate solutions for feasibility scalability and cost optimization
• Ensure smooth handover from pre-sales to delivery/project teams
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and technology partners

• Experience in proposal writing and solution documentation
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science
• Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP VMware AWS/Azure Security certifications) preferred
• 23 years of experience in IT Pre-Sales / IT Services
• Experience working with OEMs (Cisco Fortinet Dell HPE etc.) is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
