U.S. Bank is seeking a resourceful IT Operations Technician Specialist with application support and analysis experience to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Position focuses on administration maintenance and level - one support for resolution of application and system issues. Supports the creation of short-term goals for the assigned areas of responsibility. Adjusts application batch processing schedules to ensure established service levels are met. Informs users communication centers support staff and vendors of systems status processing exceptions and equipment malfunctions. Analyzes and resolves application and system events and batch amends. Provides proactive utility application support. Handles a wide variety of events effectively using monitoring tools and automation with a primary goal of reducing and/or eliminating customer impact. Identifies and escalates application problems to responsible support groups and management. Maintains accurate detailed and timely completion of incident records.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Generally a minimum of five years of experience

- Information security management

Working experience in:
- Hardware infrastructure
- Computer operations
- IT systems management
