Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise data storage and security deployments within financial services environments. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery of complex infrastructure projects ensuring resilience compliance operational efficiency and seamless execution across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IT infrastructure projects focused on enterprise storage and security solutions.
• Manage storage migration initiatives replication setups disaster recovery architectures (2DC/3DC) and business continuity deployment and implementation of enterprise security solutions including IAM PAM SIEM DLP vulnerability management and related technologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams technology partners and vendors such as Hitachi Dell EMC HPE and NetApp.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements including ISO 27001 PCI-DSS and RBI guidelines.
• Own project delivery governance risk management stakeholder communication and execution within agreed timelines scope and budget.

Requirements

• Candidates should have 8 years of experience in IT Project Management with at least 5 years of hands-on experience managing enterprise storage and security deployments.
• Strong expertise is required in enterprise storage technologies including Hitachi VSP Dell EMC PowerMax/Unity HPE 3PAR Storage and NetApp ONTAP.
• Experience with SAN/NAS environments storage migration projects replication technologies such as SRDF TrueCopy and MetroCluster as well as disaster recovery implementations is essential.
• Candidates should possess strong BFSI or financial services domain experience and demonstrate familiarity with Agile Waterfall and Hybrid project management PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are preferred.
• Excellent communication stakeholder management vendor coordination and leadership skills are mandatory.
