Role Summary
A reputed stainless steel fastener manufacturing company is seeking an experienced IoT Engineer for its manufacturing plant at Palghar. The ideal candidate should have 38 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong technical knowledge of manufacturing processes production operations quality requirements and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor manufacturing operations related to the assigned area.
- Ensure production processes are carried out as per defined standards and specifications.
- Monitor production quality efficiency and process parameters.
- Identify process issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Support production planning and ensure adherence to production schedules.
- Coordinate with Production Quality Maintenance and other departments.
- Maintain production records and prepare operational reports.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and productivity enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
- Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma/B.E./. in Mechanical Production Industrial Engineering or a relevant discipline preferred.
- 38 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
- Experience in the fastener engineering metal or related manufacturing industry will be preferred.
