Inventory Executive Laptop Refurbishment

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Refurbishment/Operations Executive to support day-to-day refurbishing center operations. The role involves inventory handling quality checks maintenance support coordination of shipments and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and safeguard inventory tools and equipment.
  
• Ensure standardized work processes and safety procedures are followed.
  
• Conduct regular quality checks and maintain operational accuracy.
  
• Assist in service calls preventive maintenance and refurbishing activities.
  
• Support loading/unloading of boxes parts and material shipments.
  
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with the reporting manager and maintain proper documentation.
  
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the refurbishing center and surrounding work areas.
  
• Adhere to company quality environmental safety and business ethics standards.
  
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned by management.
  

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of inventory handling and operational processes.
  
• Ability to follow SOPs and safety guidelines with attention to detail.
  
• Physically capable of handling material movement and warehouse-related activities.
  
• Good coordination and communication skills.
  
• Prior experience in refurbishment warehouse operations or maintenance support is preferred.
