Profile:Inventory Executive

Experience:1-3 Years of experience in handling inventory

Roles:

• Manage day-to-day inventory and maintain accurate stock records for automotive products spare parts consumables and detailing materials.
• Monitor inward and outward stock movements and ensure timely system updates.
• Create track and coordinate Purchase Orders (POs) with procurement and vendors.
• Maintain optimum stock levels and identify shortages excess or slow-moving inventory.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper storage labeling and organization of inventory.
• Coordinate with procurement warehouse and operations teams for material availability.
• Update stock details in inventory software/ERP; Uniware knowledge preferred.
• Prepare inventory and stock movement reports for management.
• Identify and resolve stock mismatches and maintain accurate inventory records.

Qualification:Graduate / Diploma preferred
