Senior Advisor II International Tax

The International Tax Manager will act as a key business-facing advisor within the Group Tax function supporting the identification communication and management of international tax risks across bids projects transactions and cross-border operations. The role will provide practical advice on direct tax withholding tax treaty relief VAT/sales tax permanent establishment risk transfer pricing implications and tax governance working closely with finance legal commercial treasury HR and operations teams across multiple jurisdictions.

• Experience Required
• Experience with M&A reorganisations country start-ups or closures would be beneficial.
• Professional tax accounting or legal qualification preferred such as CTA ACA ACCA CPA ADIT or equivalent.
  5-7 years PQE
  Strong technical tax background with evidence of continuing professional development.
  Additional international tax or indirect tax experience would be advantageous.
• Proactive practical and solutions-focused.
• Confident working with ambiguity and complex fact patterns.
• Able to prioritise effectively and manage competing demands.
• Strong attention to detail while maintaining a commercial perspective.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a wider team.
