We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Delegate Lead Generation Executive to join our International Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential delegates through outbound calls generating qualified leads and promoting event registrations. Candidates should possess excellent English communication skills and experience in lead generation cold calling and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international prospects to generate delegate registrations.
Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
Promote conferences events and business opportunities to prospective delegates.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant event packages where applicable.
Requirements
Experience: 6 Months 1 Year in International Voice Process Lead Generation or Sales.
Qualification: Graduate preferred.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
