Join the team powering Everpures global scaling efforts by architecting the modern integration ecosystem that connects our core enterprise systems. As an Enterprise Integrations Engineer you will drive the design and delivery of seamless data pipelines across our HR Finance ITSM and Identity Management architectures. Collaborating closely with cross-functional global stakeholders security professionals and third-party vendors your mission is to eliminate manual processes and establish high-impact automated infrastructure. Your work will directly scale our business operations transforming disparate systems into a single unified and highly secure digital platform.
WHAT YOULL DO
- Architect and Implement Scalable Frameworks: Own the end-to-end design code development testing and deployment of secure integration pipelines using REST/SOAP APIs JSON XML and middleware platforms (such as Workato Boomi or MuleSoft) to support rapid corporate growth.
- Optimize the HCM Ecosystem: Lead technical integrations for enterprise systemswith a strong focus on Workday and third-party vendor platformsto achieve seamless data synchronization for payroll benefits learning and case management systems globally.
- Enhance Data Pipeline Reliability: Build proactive monitoring solutions reusable automated components and detailed technical documentation to dramatically minimize system downtime and increase data synchronization speeds.
- Secure Global Corporate Data: Partner with Security and Compliance teams to safeguard data flows ensuring all integrations rigidly adhere to modern encryption OAuth SSO role-based access controls and strict global privacy regulations like GDPR.
- Location: We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore you will be expected to work from the Bangalore office in compliance with Everpures policies unless you are on PTO or work travel or other approved leave.
WHAT YOU BRING
- Deep Integration Technical Skills: Proven expertise building and troubleshooting complex integrations utilizing API development tools SQL databases and programming languages like Python Java or Go.
- Enterprise Platform Familiarity: Deep hands-on experience designing and deploying integration flows for large-scale enterprise HCM environments (such as Workday Oracle HCM SAP SuccessFactors) and connecting them smoothly with third-party networks.
- Strategic Lifecycle Execution: Demonstration of a comprehensive understanding of the entire integration project life cycle delivering high-performance solutions independently within collaborative Agile workflows.
- Experience Level: 5 years of dedicated professional experience designing building and supporting enterprise integrations across scalable SaaS and cloud-based platforms.
