About The Job:
- MuleSoft Support Lead with 5 years of IT experience and 4 years of MuleSoft expertise.
- Strong knowledge of Mule 4 API-led connectivity DataWeave CloudHub Salesforce integrations API monitoring incident management and production support.
- Experience with Splunk OpenTelemetry Git Jenkins and enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable.
Essential Job Functions:
Production Support
- Monitor MuleSoft APIs integrations and batch jobs.
- Provide L2/L3 support for production incidents.
- Troubleshoot and resolve API failures connectivity issues and data processing errors.
- Perform incident problem and change management activities.
- Participate in on-call support and critical issue resolution.
- Analyze logs and troubleshoot application issues.
- Monitor API performance and system health.
- Support API lifecycle management activities.
- Validate deployments and configuration changes.
Qualifications:
Experience
- 5 years of overall IT experience.
- 4 years of hands-on MuleSoft development and support experience.
- Experience supporting production integrations and APIs in enterprise environments.
