Insurance Domian Expert

Job Description:

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for General Insurance products including Motor Health

• Property Marine and Travel insurance lines.

• Partner closely with business stakeholders IT teams and vendors to elicit analyze and translate

• business and regulatory requirements into clear functional solutions.

• Work across the endtoend General Insurance value chain including New Business Agent

• Management Policy Administration Underwriting Claims Billing and Reinsurance processes.

• Lead requirement analysis and functional solutioning with a strong focus on Duck Creek platforms

• driving preparation and signoff of BRDs FSDs user stories and functional artifacts.

• Facilitate workshops and design discussions to align business requirements with Duck Creek configuration integrations and downstream systems.

• Ensure all solutions comply with IRDAI regulations internal underwriting guidelines and regulatory reporting requirements.

• Support configuration of insurance products including coverages rating logic rules endorsements renewals and underwriting workflows in Duck Creek.

• Play a key role in SIT and UAT cycles supporting scenario creation test data validation defect triage and business acceptance prior to production rollout.

• Analyze regulatory product and process changes and support their timely and accurate implementation across systems.

• Drive process optimization straightthrough processing (STP) automation and digital enablement initiatives across insurance operations.

• Participate actively in digital transformation and modernization programs including core system

• enhancements and digital channel enablement.

• Mentor junior analysts and act as a domain knowledge anchor for General Insurance processes

• and Duck Creek functional capabilities.

• Support MIS reporting analytics and regulatory submissions ensuring data accuracy and business validation across platforms.
