Job Description & Summary: Work with the product design and engineering teams for driving projects. Identify and mitigate risks. Track internal and external deadlines. Drive the coordination and management of dependencies with cross-functional teams. Manage communications to provide project clarity to team members and management. Facilitate and drive meetings Planning Project tracking Retrospectives Weekly sync-ups etc. Create Release reports and other such reports Identify problem areas partner in defining/modifying processes and new process implementation. Process implementations. What you need to succeed Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong verbal and writing skills. Strong influencing and interpersonal skills including relationship building and collaboration within diverse and cross-functional teams ability to drive consensus. Experience with JIRA and confluence. 8 years of experience in program management. 12 years of overall technology experience knowledge of software development methodologies and significant program management experience Bachelors degree or equivalent. Management degree is a plus
