Profile:Inside Sales

Experience:6 Months - 1 Year in tiles and stones industry

Roles:

• Attend and assist clients visiting the store/showroom and understand their requirements.
• Explain and present the companys products designs finishes specifications and applications to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries and generate sales opportunities from showroom walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable surface products accordingly.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with clients regarding pricing product availability and order details.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing product availability dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain records of enquiries follow-ups quotations and sales activities.
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure a positive showroom experience.

Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline;
• Candidates with a background in Sales Marketing Interior Design Architecture or related fields preferred.
