Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs and preferences.

• Explain products and services clearly and confidently.

• Recommend suitable products based on customer requirements.

• Achieve daily monthly and annual sales targets.

• Develop strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Follow up with customers and generate repeat business.

• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.

• Maintain a positive and attractive showroom/store environment.

• Stay updated on products offers and market trends.

• Work closely with the team to maximize sales opportunities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Previous experience in sales retail showroom or jewellery sales is an advantage.
