Job Description & Summary:

We are looking for aSite Reliability Engineer (SRE)to join ourGlobal Capability Center (GCC)team and support highly scalable global platforms. The SRE will be responsible for ensuringsystem reliability availability performance and operational excellenceacross production environments.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong experience incloud infrastructure automation production support and incident management working closely with global engineering and product teams.

Responsibilities:

Ensurehigh availability and reliabilityof large-scale business-critical systems

Monitor troubleshoot and resolveproduction incidents; participate in on-call rotations

Define and trackSLIs SLOs and error budgets

Performroot cause analysis (RCA)and drive preventive actions

Build and maintainautomation scripts and runbooksto reduce operational toil

Support and optimizecloud environments(Azure/AWS/GCP)

Work withcontainers and orchestration platforms(Docker Kubernetes)

Improve system resilience throughcapacity planning performance tuning and failover testing

Collaborate with global engineering platform and security teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

5 years of experience inSRE DevOps Production Engineering or similar roles

Strong experience withLinux/Unix systems

Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language:
Python / Go / Java / Bash

Hands-on experience with:

Cloud platforms(Azure / AWS / GCP)

Kubernetes & Docker

CI/CD pipelines

Monitoring & observability tools(Prometheus Grafana Datadog ELK Azure Monitor etc.)

Infrastructure as Code(Terraform ARM CloudFormationPulumi)

Good to Have

Experience working in aGlobal Capability Center (GCC)or global delivery model

Exposure to24x7 production supportenvironments

Knowledge ofSRE best practices(SLIs SLOs error budgets)

Cloud or Kubernetes certifications

Experience withFinOps or cost optimization
