Job Summary-
We are seeking an accomplished Agentic AI Manager to lead and oversee ourAgenticAI initiatives. With over 8 years of experience the ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in advanced machine learning technologies GenAI and agentic AI frameworks. This role involves the development implementation and optimization of large-scale industrial AI architectures with a keen focus on ethical AI and permission-based data retrieval. You will manage cross-functional teams ensuring efficient AI solution delivery aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design development and deployment of advanced AI solutions
Ensure adherence to ethical AI practices and implementation of AI guardrails
Drive innovation by integrating the latest AI advancements into project solutions
Document best practices procedures and methodologies for team knowledge sharing
Mandatory skill sets:
Comprehensive hands-on knowledge of Python and machine learning models
Proficiency in deep learning transformer architectures and GenAI frameworks likellamaindexandlangchain
Experience with ethical AI practices and permission-based data retrieval
Strong understanding of LLMs SLMs and parameters including fine-tuning RAG outputs
Proven experience in large-scale industrial AI architecture
Strong understanding of Data Engineering concepts such as ETL Databricks and Snowflake
