Job Description & Summary:We are looking for aseasonedSalesforce Sales Cloud
Responsibilities:
Design configure and implement Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize Salesforce using:
Flows
Validation Rules
Approval Processes
Reports & Dashboards
Custom Objects & Fields
Implement Lead Management Opportunity Management Account & Contact Management processes.
Support Sales Cloud enhancements data migration and deployment activities.
Maintain data quality security profiles permission sets and sharing rules.
Mandatory skill sets:
Design and develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems.
Work with:
REST APIs
SOAP APIs
Platform Events
Apex Web Services
Webhooks
Implement middleware solutions using MuleSoft Boomi Informatica Dell Boomi or similar integration platforms.
Troubleshoot integration failures performance issues and data synchronization challenges.
Develop and maintain integration documentation and technical specifications
