Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments applying modern development frameworks and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement of software performance are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to be an SME collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software development processes and team productivity.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in InRiver Product Information Management.
Strong experience in software development using modern frameworks and agile methodologies.
Ability to design scalable and high-performing software components tailored to business needs.
Experience in coding testing and debugging custom software solutions.
Familiarity with integration of software components across multiple systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to provide innovative solutions.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in InRiver Product Information Management.
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
