INRBINAssistant Manager Deputy Manager Cost Work and Ratio Project Management

The purpose of this position is to define and execute and enable the material cost reduction initiatives for SB-IN Products for India

Product Engineering:
- Drive design change ideas measures through workshops enabling RPP pipeline for successful implementation
- Adherence of Quality systems & BES methods during the development stage

Project & Risk Management:
- Drive &adapt agile methodologies (SCRUM) for project management
- Provide Information & data on project performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and enable for making data-driven decisions

Quality Assurance:
- Oversee aspects of quality during the MAT projects implementation across Value stream towards successful launch of product / component ideas

Stake Holder Collaboration:
- Provide technical and methodical expertise to key stakeholders i.e. suppliers/partners internal Cross functional teams (CFTs) to enable Engineering Change Management process

Competence Development:
- Obtain competencies in the functional area based on present and future trends as per the business requirements

Qualifications :

Mechanical Engineering with 3-5 years of work experience

Additional Information :

* Proficient knowledge about RB product development process Project management and BES process
* Competent knowledge on manufacturing Process Systems thinking (Thinking beyond boundaries) 
Product functioning assembly and Testing
* Proficient knowledge on standards/norms Product design material reliability system and vehicle 
knowledge
