INRBICOperations Controller – Outbound Logistics

1. Operations control packing billing dispatch and freight reconciliation for Finished Goods in Outbound Physical Logistics section.
2. Work allocation and target achievement third party LSP contract workers. Daily and monthly sales achievement.
3. Monthly Packaging material scheduling and supply tracking.
4. Coordination with CFT  - PPC MFO and LOP1 teams for parts supply to customers work planning and execution.
5. Freight coordination with external LSPs / transporters.
6. Bill checking and certification Contract Labor Transport Bills etc.
7. Cycle count and Annual Stock Verification Stock accounting and reconciliation.
8. Monthly stock reconciliation between ChkP and MA-LOG.
9. Administrative resp  - Vehicle Checks Seal Checks Loading control Contract Manpower control.
10. SAP Key user and process functional knowledge for SD Module.
11. Customer interface for daily logistics.

Qualifications :

Engineering / Commerce Graduate with PG Diploma in Mgt. Sciences. Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in similar capacity in Middle Size Industry (Auto / Auto Components preferred).
