Qualifications :

Diploma in Electrical/Electronics with 4 to 7 years experience or with 3 years Experience.

Additional Information :

Technical skills:

Ø  Technical Knowledge about SMT process.

Ø  Statistics Knowledge to handle SPI/AOI failures.

Ø  Basic PCB trouble shooting.

Ø  Basic SAP Knowledge.

Ø  Understand of Q tools Control Plan Process FMEA.

Ø  Planning/monitoring/reviewing timelines follow up with CFT to implement Quality Measures

Ø  Escalation Management.

Ø  Read & understand Drawings/Norms/Quality Standards & data Sheets etc.

Soft Skills:

Ø  Good Listener/Able to respond quickly.

Ø  Good team player.

Ø  Ability to coordinate with different functions follow up and get things done.
