Job Description & Summary:We are looking for aseasonedSalesforce Functional Consultant
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Work with business stakeholders to gather analyze and document functional requirements.
Conduct discussions to understand current processes pain points and future-state requirements.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories process flows and acceptance criteria.
Support solution design activities and ensure alignment with Salesforce best practices.
Work closely with technical teams architects and administrators to support development and configuration activities.
Configure and support Salesforce features including custom objects fields page layouts validation rules flows reports dashboards roles and permission sets.
Participate in data mapping migration and integration-related discussions with internal and external systems.
Create and maintain process documentation functional design documents and training materials as needed.
Participate in system testing user acceptance testing and defect resolution activities.
Conduct solution walkthroughs and testing sessions with business users and provide feedback to the delivery team.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and recommend enhancements to improve business processes and system usability.
Support deployment post-production validation and end-user adoption activities.
Work on multiple projects or initiatives as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
9 years of overall professional experience with strong experience in CRM consulting and Salesforce functional delivery.
Proven experience in multiple full life cycle Salesforce implementations.
Mandatory skill sets:
Strong expertise in requirement gathering business analysis process mapping and functional documentation.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration and platform functionality.
Good knowledge of Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience supporting data migration integrations testing and release activities.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standard functionality.
Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders product owners and technical teams.
Strong oral and written communication skills including documentation and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to understand articulate and solve complex business requirements.
Proven ability to drive deliverables independently and support successful project completion.
Preferred skill sets:
Salesforce certifications such as Administrator Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant.
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments.
Exposure to AppExchange products and other Salesforce platform capabilities is an advantage.
