## Experience & Qualifications

**Education**: Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent qualification.

**Experience**: 8 to 14 years of relevant experience with a strong track record in energy transition and renewable energy projects. - Proven leadership and management skills with experience operating at a senior level. - Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. ---
