Responsibilities
Establish andmaintaingovernance structures for security and GRC programs
Develop and manage policies standards procedures and governance frameworks
Drive compliance mapping to laws regulations and control requirements
Oversee governance reporting dashboards and management review mechanisms
Coordinate policy exceptions approvals and control oversight activities
Support periodic assessments and governance reviews
Align governance practices with organizational strategy and risk priorities
Monitormaturity improvement and roadmap execution
