Injection Molding Sr. Engineer

We are Sisco Jobs a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Injection Molding Sr. Engineer in Coimbatore Tamil Nadu. Our client is a reputed organization in the Manufacturing sector seeking skilled motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below apply early as positions are limited.

• Operate and troubleshoot injection molding machines.
  
• Monitor daily production schedules and achieve production targets.
  
• Supervise assembly line operations and coordinate manpower allocation.
  
• Perform mold changing and machine setup activities.
  
• Control and optimize process parameters for quality output.
  
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for uninterrupted production.
  
• Maintain production records reports and documentation.
  
• Ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards.
  

1. Injection Molding Process Knowledge Strong understanding of molding operations and cycle optimization.
   
2. Mold Handling & Changeover Expertise in mold installation and setup.
   
3. Production Supervision Ability to manage daily production activities.
   
4. Process Parameter Control Monitoring and adjustment of machine parameters.
   
5. Manpower Management Handling operators and shift activities effectively.
   

• Lean Manufacturing exposure.
  
• Root Cause Analysis and problem-solving.
  
• Knowledge of quality improvement methodologies.
  

Candidates should possess experience in injection molding manufacturing environments production supervision and assembly operations. Experience handling molds machine settings production targets and manpower coordination is preferred. (Typical senior-level experience range: 510 years.)

• Minimum: Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Production Polymer or related field (Typical)
  
• Preferred: Engineering Degree
  
• Additional: Certifications in Injection Molding or Manufacturing Processes (if available)
