Injectable Production Operator

Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor sterile injectable manufacturing equipment in accordance with approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform production activities such as aseptic processing filling capping washing sterilization and other related operations.
• Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) safety guidelines and quality standards.
• Complete batch manufacturing records and production documentation accurately.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning line clearance and sanitization activities.
• Monitor critical process parameters and report any deviations to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance Engineering and Maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline within sterile production areas.
• Follow EHS (Environment Health & Safety) policies and company procedures at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality.

Job Requirements

• Diploma ITI . or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 26 years of experience in sterile injectable/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Hands-on experience in aseptic production operations and injectable manufacturing equipment.
• Good understanding of cGMP SOPs and sterile manufacturing practices.
• Ability to work in a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Hyderabad and work in rotational shifts if required.
