Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Infrastructure & Data Center Engineer to manage and support enterprise IT infrastructure including data centre operations virtualization networking firewalls and server infrastructure. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience in maintaining high availability security and performance of mission-critical IT systems.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Data Center infrastructure ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Administer VMware virtualization environments including provisioning configuration monitoring and maintenance of virtual machines.
- Configure manage and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure including Layer 2/Layer 3 switches and routers.
- Administer and support enterprise firewalls implementing security policies VPNs NAT ACLs and access controls.
- Monitor infrastructure health using enterprise monitoring tools and proactively resolve performance issues.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for infrastructure incidents and implement preventive measures.
- Support server hardware storage and backup infrastructure.
- Perform installation configuration upgrades and patch management of infrastructure components.
- Coordinate with OEMs and third-party vendors for hardware replacement and issue resolution.
- Ensure adherence to IT security standards change management and operational procedures.
- Maintain technical documentation network diagrams asset inventory and SOPs.
- Participate in disaster recovery (DR) drills backup validation and business continuity activities.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests.
- Participate in planned maintenance activities and after-hours support when required.

- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Administrator

- Azure Administrator Associate (Preferred)

Required Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration HR or a related field. 2 years of experience in office administration or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Proficient in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook). Familiarity with insurance coordination and asset management systems is a plus.
