Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Domain Architect (VCF) to design and deliver enterprise-grade private/hybrid cloud solutions using VMware Cloud Foundation. You will drive architecture automation and large-scale transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design VCF-based private/hybrid cloud architectures
- Manage VCF lifecycle (upgrades patching capacity planning)
- Architect vSphere vSAN NSX-T environments
- Define automation & Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Ansible)
- Lead migration transformation & project delivery
- Ensure security compliance & operational readiness
- Collaborate with network security & app teams
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience with VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF)
- Expertise in vSphere vSAN NSX-T
- Experience in architecture (HLD/LLD NFRs governance)
- Strong automation/IaC knowledge
- Experience in enterprise data center & hybrid cloud
Good to Have
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins Azure DevOps)
- Monitoring tools (vROps Prometheus Splunk)
- Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Ideal Candidate
- Strong consulting & stakeholder management skills
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure transformation

Required Skills:
Key Responsibilities Gather requirements with HR Payroll & Ops teams Configure Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules Manage accruals leave plans eligibility & time calculations Ensure compliance (FMLA PTO LOA) Support testing (UAT/integration) & production issues Build reports audits & resolve data discrepancies Support integrations with Payroll Benefits & vendors Must Have 5 years of Workday Time & Absence experience Strong HRIS & payroll understanding Hands-on configuration & reporting Knowledge of business processes & security
Required Education:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Software Engineering or a related field
