Job Description

Strong experience in Business Analysis Requirement Management and Stakeholder Engagement.
Understand the requirement and plan the automation
Understand the current manual process by discussing with users SMEs and stakeholders.
Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated and check their feasibility.
Gather the required inputs access and dependencies before starting the work.
Prepare a simple design or flow for the automation and get it confirmed.
Design develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform.
Develop reusable Terraform modules and standards for multi-cloud environments.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Ansible.
Develop Python-based automation scripts APIs and orchestration workflows.
Build end-to-end automated solutions for cloud infrastructure and network services.
Integrate automation with ServiceNow Azure DevOps GitHub Jenkins and other enterprise platforms.
Develop CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
Automate operational tasks compliance checks governance controls and reporting.
Work with Cloud Network Security and DevOps teams to improve platform reliability and efficiency.
Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize deployment processes.
Create technical documentation design documents and operational runbooks.
