Platform Engineer

. Experience in platform engineering infrastructure or DevOps environments.
. Hands on experience deploying managing and troubleshooting applications on Kubernetes based platforms.
. Strong understanding of containerized workloads and the ability to diagnose issues across containers load balancers reverse proxies networking and application layers.
. Experience administering and supporting databases particularly PostgreSQL and SQL Server including basic performance tuning backup and operational maintenance.
. Familiarity with modern platform and observability tools such as Keycloak Argo CD SigNoz and Jenkins.
. Ability to quickly learn evaluate and deploy new products and technologies based on business and operational requirements.
. Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills with a focus on reliability scalability and operational excellence.
. Effective collaboration with development QA security infrastructure to support platform initiatives.
. Experience creating and maintaining operational documentation including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) runbooks deployment guides and knowledge base articles.
. Understanding of CI/CD practices automation monitoring and production support processes.
. Clear communication and a proactive approach towards tasks assigned.
