Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Install configure and validate Kofax Capture Client on Citrix VDA servers.
- Validate Kofax version licensing operators and scanner models.
- Configure and support Citrix VDA / Citrix Virtual Apps environment.
- Test Kofax connectivity with SQL Server NAS and application servers.
- Configure and troubleshoot scanner/TWAIN redirection through Citrix sessions.
- Publish Kofax as a Citrix seamless application with Citrix Gateway and MFA.
- Perform end-to-end Kofax capture workflow testing.
- Support UAT operator migration and production rollout.
- Troubleshoot application network scanner SQL and Citrix-related issues.
- Prepare support runbooks and technical documentation.
- Provide post-production hypercare support.
