Industry Expert (Health Care insurance)

Analyze current underwriting and policy issuance processes across retail and group health insurance products.

Identify inefficiencies duplicate operational roles manual interventions and bottlenecks.

Design modern underwriting workflows with a strong focus on:

Faster policy issuance

Reduced underwriting TAT

Improved customer and agent experience

Higher quote-to-policy conversion

Risk-based automated decisioning

Straight-through processing (STP)

Help define the target-state architecture for a modern underwriting and policy administration platform.

Work with business and technology teams to:

Define business capabilities

Create underwriting rules and decision frameworks

Design workflow orchestration models

Define integrations with external systems (KYC claims history medical networks fraud payment gateways

etc.)

Contribute to product selection or platform modernization initiatives.

Experience working on or modernizing:

Underwriting systems

Policy administration systems (PAS)

Workflow orchestration platforms

Rule engines

CRM and agent onboarding systems

Digital insurance journeys
