Main Purpose of Job


  • Kyriba Payment Approval: Approve Kyriba payments by verifying cash forecasts accurately and on time
  • Payment Queries/Investigation: Resolve Citi HSBC Ebury and Moneycorp payment queries promptly.
  • Bank Administration: Manage user profiles password resets and login issues for bank portals.
  • Kyriba Bank Statement Integration: Reconcile daily statements resolve rejections and clear variances promptly.
  • Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards for Citi daily cash weekly global reports core data reconciliation and access reviews.


Specific responsibilities:

  • Verify cash forecasts and balances in Kyriba and release transactions accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance checks sanctions screening and duplicate verification prior to transaction release.
  • Apply appropriate payment methods to optimize processing and minimize bank charges.
  • Address and resolve payment-related queries from banks and the Finance team promptly.
  • Maintain bank account documentation online banking platforms authorized signatory records and legal files in line with SOX requirements.
  • Follow the Treasury approval matrix to manage bank access and grant user permissions appropriately.
  • Conduct quarterly user access reviews to ensure strong controls over bank access.
  • Reconcile bank statements against Kyriba integration data and take corrective action for missing entries.
  • Validate and resolve rejected duplicate or missing transactions in coordination with banks.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for Treasury reporting including daily cash status weekly global cash reports cash sweeps bank charges and interest reports.

Knowledge Experience & Skills

Essential

  • Strong understanding of treasury operations cash management and payment processing.
  • Familiarity with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements including SOX sanction screening and audit controls.
  • Awareness of banking platforms (Citi HSBC Ebury Moneycorp) and global payment practices.

Desirable

  • Understanding of liquidity management practices.
  • Familiarity with global treasury operations in multinational environments.
  • Awareness of advanced compliance frameworks and regulatory reporting requirements.

Education and Professional Qualifications

Essential

  • Masters degree in finance banking or similar field
