About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:
- Provide direct HR support to employees HR teams and management for a wide range of HR-related transactions.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies payroll benefits onboarding offboarding and other HR programs.
- Manage HR service requests through ticket management systems while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires transfers promotions performance evaluations and terminations.
- Maintain and update employee records in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Accurately process HR documentation forms and employee data changes.
- Resolve complex employee cases by conducting root cause analysis and providing timely solutions.
- Escalate and route specialized HR inquiries to appropriate teams when required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt accurate and professional responses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to improve service delivery and employee experience.
- Identify recurring issues analyze trends and provide recommendations for continuous process improvement.
- Maintain and update HR knowledge base policies standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation.
- Support HR process improvements and knowledge management initiatives.
- Train coach and mentor junior HR team members on HR processes and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with company policies employment regulations and data privacy requirements.
- Prepare HR reports maintain documentation and support audits when required.

Required Skills
- 1 years of experience in HR Operations specifically Employee Offboarding/Departure processes.
- Experience managing HR service tickets and case management systems.
- Knowledge of employee lifecycle management and HR operational processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and maintaining employee data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and global teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience supporting global HR operations.
- Knowledge of HR policies payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
- Experience with continuous process improvement and knowledge management initiatives.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
