About The Job:

• Looking for a Senior Migration Lead Architect to lead data centre physical lift and shift migration programs ensuring secure scalable and resilient deployments with strong governance.
• You will design end-to-end migration delivery and architectures across compute storage network and security define strategies (lift & shift replication hybrid) and oversee execution with minimal downtime while engaging stakeholders and vendors.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design end-to-end DC migration architecture across compute storage network and security.
• Define migration strategy (lift & shift replication hybrid).
• Develop logical physical and technology architecture models.
• Support discovery dependency mapping and migration readiness.
• Provide technical oversight during migration execution and cutover.
• Ensure data integrity system availability and minimal downtime.
• Design DR resiliency and failover strategies.
• Engage with stakeholders architects and vendors.
• Prepare solution architecture documentation and technical artefacts.
• Migration strategy and approach document.
• DR and resiliency architecture.
• Migration runbooks and technical documentation.
• Compliance and security validation.
• Post-migration validation reports.
• Disaster recovery and resiliency planning.
• Migration strategy and planning.
• Stakeholder and governance management.

Additional Responsibilities

• Provides accounts with total account systems support.
• Acts as the primary technical interface to customers for hardware and software technical and operational support and for the delivery of services as required by the customer.
• Offers technical assistance and account management advice to less experienced personnel.
• Plans for and executes hardware services activities and assists in software services activities including systems assurance installation planning account management systems-level problem determination installations discontinuance relocation and diagnosis.
• Maintains the technical value relationship by providing expertise to protect revenue base and identify new services opportunities.

Qualifications:
Experience

• 1218 years IT experience.
• 8 years in Datacenter Physical Lift and Shift Migration Delivery and Architecture roles.
• Experience in large-scale data center migration programs.
• Experience in multi-geo and multi-vendor environments.
• Exposure to BFSI or regulated domains preferred.
• Relevant Experience: 1218 Years
